Grosvenor Gardens Hotel

Can’t beat the convenience of the location. Property is clean and well maintained though very traditional and not modern. Still, there is wifi and UBS ports and electrical outlets are everywhere. Scottish Breakfast option is generous and Mrs. Chan and Davey were very accommodating. Would definitely return.

Mrs. Chan and the staff were very helpful. Great place. Nice big room. Only downside was bathroom a little on the small side. Breakfast was always great.

Really nice place to stay! The Staff. The manager and staff were really polite, friendly and very helpful when asking for directions and recommendations. The location. Perfect location near Haymarket Station, literally 5 min walk. Right outside the Tram stops, 10min ride to the Castle, Princess St. The Room. Nice comfortable room with a Shower. Free Wi-Fi included. Breakfast. The staff really looked after my specific needs and made sure my dietary requirements were met, couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend this Hotel, the staff made me feel welcome, breakfast was filling, quiet location, no noise whatsoever, manager also allowed me to leave my luggage when I checked out so I could have a walkaround before heading back home.

Stay here if you can. This is a marvelous guest house. Hostess is so nice and helpful. Scottish breakfast made to order was wonderful. It is a short block's walk to the tram and a 10ish minute ride to Princes street. Our family room was large and comfortable. We will stay again the next time we are in Edinburgh.

Great location

Very comfortable and quiet little place tucked away from the crowds, yet walking distance to everything. Staff is incredible, really helpful and present (rare these days). There are some lovely pubs nearby and it is surrounded by leafy gardens. Will stay there again!

We came back to Grosvenor Gardens Hotel with our family and were not disappointed. Our host’s attention to detail and thoughtfulness made our gluten-free breakfasts very easy and our stay very comfortable. We will be back!

Room pretty small, but well cleaned. Good full Scotish breakfast. Some issues about paying the accomodation, but got it solved. Nice location near Haymarket train station. Easy to get into town centre by tram.
