"Brilliant location for Haymarket "

Pleasant well-meaning guest house hotel. Room had a great Edinburgh view onto wonderful imposing West end houses. Keys issued with clear instructions to keep outer door closed. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom clean and bright. Excellent electric shower with no idiosyncrasies! Given towels. Welcome water and cookies. Good TV. Very satisfactory M&S food store and Haymarket station. Four minutes walk. I pre-booked local parking with an app. Do not turn up here not having pre-booked some Edinburgh parking!

This place is a pleasure to stay at. Conveniently located by the train station and a tram stop while remaining easily walkable to the city center. The service is excellent, and a delicious breakfast is included with the room price. Would stay again.

"Lovely stay at Grosvenor Gardens Hotel, Edinburgh"

A beautifully quaint little hotel within easy walking distance of local transport links. My husband and I stayed here for two nights in early September, having arrived at Edinburgh airport in the early morning. We knew that we were unable to check in before 12 midday but Mrs Chan (the owner) kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage beforehand. We were offered refreshments upon arrival which was great and as it turned out, we were able to check in much earlier due to an early check out. We stayed in Room No. 2 (twin bed set up) which was a lovely room with a nice en-suite bathroom. There were tea and coffee facilities in the room and a tv. All in all we had everything we needed. The breakfasts in the mornings were delicious and we never had to wait long for our food to arrive. We would happily stay here again. Thank you Mrs Chan!

The room was clean and quiet, with a nice view of back garden. breakfast was served promptly and was delicious. Cold water was not working in bathroom sink but other than that we had a wonderful stay!
