Hotel Rosa D´Oro

The hotel was not maintained as it should have. The staff was ok but we had some luggage stolen from the lobby. There are stairs going up to the lobby with no elevator to the lobby. We saw several people struggling so it should be in the description. It’s very hard to get to so do not try to take a car. Taxi only!

Very convenient a only a short walk to Plaza Nueva, the hop on hop off train, bus and taxi ranks. Very comfortable. Paid extra for 2 rooms with views of the Alhambra, definitely worth paying extra. Friendly staff, nice and quiet. There was nothing we did not like and would quite happily pay a return visit.

The room description was very wrong. It wasn't a room. It was a closet converted into a room. There weren't any chairs or other places to rest. The room was very, very small and contained only a bed and a wire shelf for clothing. The bathroom was so small that a 5'7" 155LB person could not turn around. The room was very noisy because it was on top of a terribly busy road. Hotels.com should refund my $ because the room description was wrong and completely unlivable. The internet does not exist in any room. It can only operate at the small hall (which they call lobby).

The hotel is a boutique hotel with 13 rooms. I'm not sure about other rooms, but the one I stayed, was a small room with a single bed, no chairs to set or a place to put a baggage. The bathroom is so small, turning around impossible. The WiFi practically does not exist. The only place the wifi works is in the small lobby. But... the staff are extremely nice and helpful. Both ladies at the reception are the nicest people I have seen in the hotel business. They take their time explaining everything. Great food and activities suggestion.

Lovely hotel. Great location, wonderful receptionists, nice aesthetic, amazing water pressure 👊😂 & an elevator! Only drawback was no Alhambra view, but they showed me their roof deck so all was well...

The room was beautiful, very tipical. with a little balcony and direct view of the alhambra. Perfect for our romantic getaway. Everything clean and tidy. A big thank to the receptionists that helped us with the tickets and taxi. We will come back

beautiful hotel ,very clean ,great rooms ,with a fantastic view ,very quiet and very well situated for ,food ,sightseeing ,and everything else needed .

Had a lovely stay ,very well situated ,close to restaurants ,cathedral ,alhambra Palace ,staff very helpful in ,recommended and helping me find my way around .

The quote we got from Booking.com was half what the hotel went and took out off my credit card after we stayed!! We had a tiny room up in an attic up a spiral staircase with our luggage no help - it was daylight robbery! No internet connection in the room - nothing worked no tv !! They won’t write back to my letters I have sent asking for the refund they robbed my card of & they just ignore my phone calls - suddenly they can’t speak English!! BE WARNED these people took money off my card after I stayed there and a payment before I stayed there!!! They should be closed down!!!!

I booked this hotel and I had to cancel my bookings . I booked with free cancelation . The hotel deducted the whole amount from my account and after 2 weeks of the cancelation still did not recive back my money . I called them but nobody answer the phone , I wrote 2 emails and they did not answer personally , i got an automatic message that they just answer those emails if someone booked with them and I booked with Booking.com I would not recommend to book this hotel to anyone .
