Hotel Rosa D´Oro

Really nice little hotel in an old building with distinctive character and with views of the Alhambra, friendly and helpful staff. Despite overlooking a busy, narrow street very little street noise could be heard in the room. Slightly noisy water pipes in the hotel would be the only (and very slight downside)

I love this hotel. Very beautiful inside and the room was stunning with views over the cobbled street, stream and Alhambra palace. I recommend room 101. This was the 2nd time I have stayed here and am never disappointed. The location is perfect in the old part of Granada. If you need patking talk to the hotel before hand as they have a deal with one of the underground carparks close by. This is the only hotel I stay in in Granada.

Traveled in December and the only heater in the room is a AC/eletricial heater that the hotel staff didn't explain clearly we need to have it turned on to get the room heated upon check-in. Since the room has built in heater and the hotel staff said the heat would be provided after 6 pm so we waited for this to happen rather than think of other heating options. Jacuzzi tub was broken. WiFi didn't work on our smart phones.

quirky old hotel in very central area. close to the bus for the Alhambra.

Very quaint and clean hotel in the old center. It would have been VERY useful if there was any information that it is impossible to drive to the hotel. Our Fiat 500 barely made it through the very narrow streets.

The hotel is in a good location, has decent instalations but we found out that we were bited by bed bugs in our room. We saw the insect, the itching last all our trip and the panic to take home the plague made us wash all our clothes. Unacceptable.

Wonderful in restored 16th century palace. Very nice amenities.Located in a great location for all the sites and for restaurants. However, if you're driving, the parking situation is horrendous. We found a spot nearly a mile away and were told we were lucky.

Good location and a small hotel full of character.

It was an unusual hotel more like a Moroccan ryad with poor privacy as room had a door to the next room and one could hear the person next door too clearly...However it was only for 2 nights so did not worry too much.The pillows were not comfortable and no spares. Not the cleanest of hotels generally. Felt it needed a good scrub everywhere!

Customer service was fantastic! Neighbourhood is a little noisy the entire night but that is not at the fault of the hotel.
