Sloping ceiling in en suite Shower tray didn't drain well

The bed was comfortable and room was furnished with food and small fridge that was nice touch

Was working into evening the night I stayed which meant i arrived late on, as of 8:30pm. Had my dinner in the room and set for shower. It was 9:30pm and went into shower, it’s a electric shower and wasn’t powerful enough and literally about 2 mins into it, the power went off and I’m standing in suds. I’m a plasterer, and can imagine the dust and grime sweat I’ve on me and needing a hot shower, quite annoying was the nicest way of saying it. Washed myself in the sink and slept the night. WhatsApp the number supplied and was told the shower would be fixed and if I returned I’d have a shower. It was too late as I’d checked out 6:30am. No partial refund was offered and I think that says what it says, £109 a night charged

Nice triple room with a glimpse of the sea and in a good location near North Berwick railway station and the beach. Quiet at night. Friendly staff.

Hot at night, as the room is under the eaves and one of the radiators couldn't be turned off. Nice to offer some things for breakfast in the room, but a proper breakfast in the downstairs room would have been better for the price charged. Low ceilings for tall people, especially in the bathroom.

Position in town. Nearby free parking. The one student in charge did her best.

Advertised breakfast room and coffee machine were not operating. Stairs steep and narrow. No clear fire exit. Bathroom door wouldn't latch. Price same as we had paid for 4 star!

Tiny little single bed pushed in next to a wall and very low ceiling in the bathroom if your tall prepare to get bumped in the head and shower tho ok it’s a huge leap getting in and out of for the price you expect better.

Nice little room for short stay very central for North Berwick. Staff very friendly
