Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in a premier deluxe Adult only area. Loved the space and location of the room. The hotel is in a really good location, good walking along the path to go north or south on the beach. Loved experiencing Sanur for the first time. Hotel is really good, will definitely come back as the staff make this hotel. Breakfast and all meals are worth trying. Some very good restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend staying here.

Having a letter pushed under the door from management telling us not to dry our towels on the balcony when there was no where else to dry them. Went to reception with letter and took them 2 days to get us a clothes airer. Found it very rude. They should have just left a clothes airer in the room in the first place. Not hard.

The facilities are immense - multiple pool choices, loungers and cabanas on the beach, nice fitness facility, restaurant on the beach and pool bars. We appreciated the free bike use (although the bikes could use some maintenance). Staff were very courteous and accommodating.

Breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming, especially after staying at a resort with a fabulous breakfast. Pool closed too early in the day. The beach collects a lot of kelp and some garbage that was being slowly tended to. Spa prices are too high for this location.

Beautiful hotel right on the beach. Staff amazing. This is our 2nd time to this hotel. We upgraded this time to a Santrian Club room which included afternoon tea and fruit everyday. Unfortunately the fruit did not arrive everyday and after numerous reminders to the staff and reception we had it delivered on a hit and miss basis. Some days a nice platter and other days. 3 bits of fruit on a saucer. Other days absolutely nothing. All other things about the hotel could not be faulted. All staff amazing and breakfast was great eith a good choice. If the hotel addressed this one problem then it would be faultless.

Love the Santrian club rooms. All staff friendly and approachable, good service in all areas. Food is really nice.

Unfortunately the bed was rock hard, it would be great if you could offer pillow mattress toppers on the mattresses.
