We stayed at the hotel for 5 days, the wonderful gardens make the stay unique, the room was very comfortable, comfortable bed and bedding, spacious shower, pleasant balcony, the room was very clean, excellent breakfast, even though the hotel is large due to the large area and the supply of sunbeds, there was no feeling of crowding, the beach is very clean and tidy, we had an excellent experience and we will definitely return

Die Lage ist sehr schön,direkt an der Strandpromenade und mit hoteleigenem Zugang zum Strand. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend,v.a. das Personal am Frühstücksbuffet war ausserordentlich freundlich. Das Zimmer (wir waren im Strandflügel) war sehr geräumig.

Das Bad ist etwas karg für ein 4Sternhotel (Badewannendusche und eher klein gehalten). Als Raucher ist es etwas unangenehm,da viele Zonen des Hotels rauchfrei sind,auch die Balkone der Zimmer. Zudem ist die Liegestuhlzone rund um den Pool eher knapp gehalten für so eine grosse Liegenschaft. Viele der Stühle waren schon frühmorgens besetzt (auch diejenigen am Strand).

The location was superb, right on the beach. The room was large, the bed huge and very comfortable. We loved the pool area and walking around the extensive grounds which are beautifully maintained. Breakfast was good, as were the occasions we ate at the hotel restaurant. Will definitely stay here again.

The wifi kept dropping out. Someone always fixed it but it was a nuisance.

The gardens and proximity to ocean boardwalks was great. The buffet breakfast was great value and the omelette chefs were fantastic

Sanur beach was a constant reminder of how we have to be more responsible for where we put our garbage. However, the staff was cleaning the beach everyday. At low tide you can walk out very far and there is no strong waves to knock you down. We went out on a Hobycat sail boat and it was great
