Location just a few yards from the beach is excellent. The staff was excellent, very pleasant, courteous and eager to help!!!

Facility needs a serious facelift. Start with a decent, less "scary" elevator!! Room could use some painting, hallways as well. Feet washing station right at the entrance is not a good idea. It keeps the front entrance and lobby wet and slippery all the time. Consider moving it further away into the balcony perhaps. Get a better TV for the room
