Sandy Beach Hotel

I really like that the hotel was near the beach.

I did not like that the room did not come with a mini fridge or microwave.

Staff was great, locked up luggage after checkout because flight out was not until 8:00pm. We spend day at beach came back retrieved luggage and cleaned up before heading to dinner and airport.

At night it was very loud ( actually louder than during the day), we could hear a TV, talking and doors. Not sure who or why this "quiet" time was not a consideration for the person/s awake.

Shower was never very hot. Poor quality rooms, entrances, elevator, etc. Need upgrades.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff made the experience even better — especially Iván and Jesús, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Their service made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The check-in and check-out process were both fast, smooth, and stress-free, which I appreciated after traveling. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. The location is literally perfect — close to everything, easy to get around, and convenient for both exploring and relaxing.

It would Be unfair to ask for more.

This hotel was awful we checked out the same day and booked a different room elsewhere. We want our $ back!!!!

It was dirty and things like the door were broken. I did not feel safe there at all.
