Sandy Beach Hotel

It was clean. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The manager was quick to respond and nice.

My granddaughter was shocked in the shower when she touched the shower head while taking a shower. Not a safe situation. There were not enough garbage bags in the unit. The cabinet door fell off due to rusty screws. The unit needs new cabinets. No paper towels. One dishtowel. There was no silverware for preparing or eating food. No toaster. The unit needs a broom and dust pan. It was too small of a place for four adults with one suitcase each. I thought it would be larger. Only warm water, no hot water. No luggage caddy racks.

The only positives about this hotel were the convenient location and the friendly staff.

Unfortunately, the room itself was one of the worst I have ever stayed in. There were stains on the bedding, mold on the walls, and the bathroom was so small that my knees were pressed against the wall when sitting. The room also had no view, and the bed appeared to be broken, which made the stay very uncomfortable. I ended up checking out earlier than scheduled because of these issues. The staff told me I would be refunded for the remaining nights, but I was still charged the full amount, which was very disappointing.

Stayed one night before our cruise. It’s a great location right on Condado Beach. Simon at the front desk was great! We were able to store our luggage until our room was ready and change and head to the beach. Our room was ready early, it was clean! A/C worked great! Perfect for a short visit. Will stay again in the future.

The location was good but the place was dirty and our room was in the first floor, next to the lobby were the staff was talking during the 11pm to 2am load and constantly, they started working at 6am when started making too much noise close to the rooms. was the worse nights in PR.
