El lugar esta muy bien, las habitaciones muy espaciosas, me volvería a quedar. El personal es muy amable y el desayuno esta bastante bien. Un buen lugar para quedarse si se trata de Metepec, además esta cerca del Parque Bicentenario que es muy lindo.

Es un gran servicio, tienen un cuidado especial por la limpieza y la atención del cliente, con sus recursos buscan hacer placentera la estancia. Creo que deben trabajar un poco más en la imagen que se percibe de ser hotel de paso y reforzar su nueva imagen familiar.

La propiedad todo bien, la habitación muy amplia. La experiencia a través de expedia es mala cuando pides una factura. Y en el servicio del hotel no hay empatía para ayudarte a resolverlo.
