The room was clean and the atmosphere was very quite. The staff was polite and very attentive. The breakfast included with our rate was very delicious and the atmosphere was pleasant. Overall I rate this hotel 10/10.

Muy limpio, fácil y cómodo de estacionarse y el personal en general sumamente amable. Nos dieron un upgrade de habitación gratuito y nos permitieron hacer check in desde temprano- 10 am. Puntos a mejorar- sólamente una persona en el restaurante se rehusó a dejarnos sacar una cajita de cereal para uno de los niños, habiendo pagado el buffet por precio completo. Se le reportó con gerencia. Es muy fácil y cómodo estacionarse pero para llegar al pueblo es necesario moverse en automóvil ya que hay que cruzar la carretera.

La atención del personal es insuperable, todos tienen una alta capacitación y valor por el cliente. Las instalaciones son un poco viejas aunque algunas partes han sido renovadas, necesita modernidad

Hotel demasiado agradable, la habitación que me tocó era muy amplia y todo muy cómodo, hay una variedad de almohadas a elegir, la firmeza del colchón es la ideal a mi gusto. El hotel tiene muchas instalaciones incluidas en el alojamiento y el desayuno incluido es basto y variado. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

"Cama de horror "

La peor cama que he usado en mucho tiempo, el hotel en general está muy bien, el restaurante excelente, le habitación muy agradable, pero todo eso se pierde cuando el colchón es una tabla dura que no te permite descansar, cuando cambien eso será un excelente hotel.
