I am impressed with whole experience at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The rooms were super cleaned to detail. Breakfast was amazing with such a great variety of fresh dishes. I felt so welcome.. Customer service welcomed us with a sweet personalized welcome note. I am so happy my family and I chose this hotel. I definitely recommend it I and will stay here again in the future.

El servicio del personal es lo mejor que tiene este hotel. Todos están al pendiente de brindar la mejor atención y atender nuestras necesidades. Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas pero todo es funcional y práctico. Me hospedé en una Junior Suite la cual es muy amplia, excelente para acomodar familias.

Es un hotel con Instalaciones muy modernas, a pesar de que viajo constantemente es el mejor hotel en el que me he hospedado. Me gustaría resaltar el buen trato del personal de todas las áreas desde la recepción, restaurante y Spa. Desayuno incluido que no hay en otro hotel es Muy completo. La habitación tiene un gran espacio, la cama es muy cómoda al igual que las almohadas y tiene una gran pantalla de TV. La carta de Room service y restaurante es muy variada y los precios se ajustan a lo que sirven. La alberca techada y agua climatizada muy calientita y limpia en comparación a otros sitios. También puedes hacer uso de spa en el cual hay varias opciones de masajes a elegir. Sin duda regresaré.

Hotel con todas las facilidades, desde el registro en recepción, la alberca enorme con el agua calientita y muy limpia. La habitación que nos asignaron está muy grande, limpia y qué decir de la comodidad de los colchones y una variedad de almohadas a elegir además de las amenidades incluidas. El desayuno muy variado y completo; la atención es de 10. Es la mejor opción de alojamiento en Metepec y alrededores.

Pedí factura y no me dieron! Expedia que fue quien cobró tampoco proporcionó factura! Pésimo servicio de facturación! O más bien Expedía no emite facturas a pesar de hacer cobros!!
