"A lot like an old fashioned hotel, both for the good and the bad."

Great location (I was visiting McGill), comfortable, very helpful staff, provided individual bars of soap, shampoo, etc.

Seemed a bit dated, shortage of plugs, gym was very sparse.

The valet person (Gingo) was exception. Always greeted you with a warm smile and made you feel welcomed. Breakfast available was acceptable but opened late and much to costly for limited offerings.

They could have coffee , tea available in the lobby. Difficult to navigate in this area.

La proximité avec le métro. Le fait que c'est dans centre-ville mais très tranquille.

Certaines parties de l'hôtel sont en rénovation (restaurant). L'accès à la douche était quasi impossible, la porte ouvrait sur la toilette et il faut se glisser entre les deux pour y accéder.
