We had nail clippings in our room that were never cleaned

Wished the heated pool was hotter, there was a fire alarm that went off at 545am/6am and continued for 20mins

It was clean and staff were friendly.

It was not advertised anywhere that the parking facility could not accommodate trucks. I was told on arrival that my truck could not go in the underground parking. After an hour of driving around and having to pay over $105 for outside parking, the manager then indicates they can approval valet to park my truck in their underground parking. But would not provide this fee when informed I already paid over $100 for parking up the street. Buffet breakfast was disgusting. Barely any options, hash browns not cooked fully, cold coffee and this buffet was not in a restaurant, it was in two hotel rooms that had been joined to offer approximately 8 tables. Not to mention two people coughing and sneezing all over the buffet. Not the hotels fault, but added to the gross factor. No towels at the outdoor pool Coffee maker overflowed everywhere because the coffee cups provided were too small for the amount of coffee the espresso machine made.
