everything was great, the reception area and personnel handling room check in, car valet, baggage. You all were so very welcoming. Thank you!

The bed was surprising very comfortable. We loved the big bath tub. location was great.

The air conditioner was WAY too loud and made it difficult to sleep. Also the refrigerator in the room was also very loud - annoying humming sound. I had to unplug it. While the bed was so comfortable, the loud air conditioner and refrigerator made it very difficult to sleep. This was a real shame.

great location - very close to many activities like Museum of Fine Arts and Eaton Centre . Also many convenient restaurants close by and a Provigo to buy some snacks for the room . Staff was good when we checked out and had some time before catching our train they kept our bags for us while we went out for brunch .

Staff did not educate how to use elevator - that we had to swipe key cards . No one told us that the staircase is locked from the inside - that was stressful . Also , there was dried blood on the bed sheets , and we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door as we went out to get coffee and when we got back there was a maid in our room - rather unsettled after this .

Hotel perfetto se si gira a piedi e/o con i mezzi: posizione strategica e centralissima. Personale gentilissimo e attento alle esigenze dei clienti, camera non troppo grande ma con tutti i confort, inclusa macchina per caffè nespresso e ferro da stiro

The smell of the room. It smelled like a vacuum. And the $40 charge for parking

Too expensive for what it is, unhelpful staff and mis-selling information on website on purpose: - asked about breakfast options in the area, the staff at the front desk had no idea…. I guess they wanted to sell their own breakfast - pool was closed despite being the first picture on the website and being shown as open despite being closed for days (whilst some other facilities were shown closed on their website!). When asked for a refund, staff was very unhelpful though offered breakfast.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Amazing bathtub.
