It was a quick and easy stay. Clean. No complaints. It’s a nice property with various area to sit and enjoy outdoors

Love that it was very clean and smell sooooo good. The bed was sooooo comfortable but the pillows were too soft. And the parking was great!

Night staff gentlemen was very nice and accommodating. This is typically rare when you show up past midnight. This starts the stay off good specially when tired. Thank you.

Lobby is clean & modern - rooms old & dirty! This is not a new hotel, which is what I assumed because the “TRU” brand is new. This was either another hotel that was badly refurbished or had some water damage. The bathroom was awful, carpets, dirty, and housekeeping was awful. Bathroom must’ve had some work done to it and there were paint splatters all over the floor cracks in the tile and the ceiling was peeling. Dirty towels were taken, but we’re not replaced with clean towels. Toilet paper was not replaced, sink was never cleaned, dirty dishes weren’t cleaned. This is a very expensive hotel for the quality of service that you get. We will not be going

Great service from people who made breakfast to our order and from the people at the front desk who remembered my dad from day to day.
