Overwhelmingly professional and responsive staff. Condition of the property needs enhancement - visible cracks in the wall and water accumulating on bathroom floor from the shower

Fantastic place. Excellent, professional, knowledgable staff that was always ready & willing to respond to any request. They are right next to Trenton/Mercer Airport, close to Capital Health Medical Center. Short drive to The College of New Jersey, Rider University and Princeton University. My new favorite go to place when traveling to the Trenton/Princeton area.

Room had visible patching on walls and ceiling. Everything else was great!

I work a lot in Princeton and like staying at the Element Hotel in Ewing for a couple of key reasons. Firstly, I love the staff here. They are some of the nicest, laid-back people you’ll ever meet. I always stay during busy weeks, and last weekend was both TCNJ graduation and Princeton University Reunions. The staff were incredibly kind to everyone, including guests who had 12–18 hour travel days and looked completely exhausted. It’s clear they know how to handle high-traffic weekends with grace. As a Titanium Elite Marriott Bonvoy member, I’ve stayed at many properties, and this one consistently stands out. Next, I love the rooms here. They’re large, with full kitchens and living spaces that make it easy to host colleagues or get work done. My wow factor is definitely the laundry room. I love traveling and being able to do my own laundry, and it’s always a win to find a hotel that offers a clean, functional space for that. There’s a solid gym too if you want to stay active on the road. The free breakfast is a huge plus, and they had some really good bites that changed daily. Last thing is the happy hour. I’m not sure if it’s every night, but they had a cocktail hour for guests with complimentary drinks. That little touch goes a long way in winning my business over and over. I’ll definitely be back.

very nice all around. nice breakfast, complementary drinks and snacks on Sat was awesome. We didn't have lunch due to our schedule so the snack was a perfect fill in before moving on to our next function. Thanks for the great stay!
