Great stay . Sea front hotel

The room was very old and dirty

Amazing location, spacious room with great amenities. Carpet was old and stained, broken chair and got woken at 6.20am both mornings from housekeeping staff outside. But can't fault for size of room, comfort of bed, shower pressure. Best feature by far is location, location, location

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was okay but carpet needed a good hoover over and the door frame looked like it had been forced open and was hard to lock the door at night. When you had the balcony door open and it was breezy you had this high pitched whistling sound come through the room and exit through the gap in the door frame .

A bit shabby, with an amazing sea view, large rooms and a decent breakfast!

Very dated property. Rooms dirty and again very dated and requires a full remodel especially consuming the seafront location.

Lifts very cranky but work fine. Rooms lovely, beds were so comfy. Will definitely return x

An amazing hotel, would unreservedly recommend.

A very good & excellent member of staff - name of Laura - was/is very attentive and looked after us to a very high standard. Only complaint was room size.

I love thus hotel and staff especially Heather on front desk she is a asset to this hotel. I am from London and vist a few times a year, Heather is the reason I always return to this hotel. Couldn't recommend any more. Breakfast is also amazing with lovely staff at hand.
