Very nice and accommodating staff. The room and property was clean and well kept.

We were very happy with the service we received. The room was clean and comfortable, but it was missing some of the latest electronic gadgets to charge our cellphones, i.e. no USB ports and there was no blow dryer in the bathroom.

Overall, stay was nice. But they didn’t come service our room once when we were there. We even requested it and they were suppose to come but didn’t. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice to have the bathroom cleaned and trashes dumped.

Swimming pool not accessible under maintenance

I didnt like this hotel.

The pool was broken so we had to use a sister property’s pool, they didn’t have our room available at checkin time,

Overall, average stay. Pool was out of order, kids didnt like that. Had to go down stairs to ask for towels each day. Room stayed a little warm (elevator and hallways extremely warm. Service was good, breakfast was great.

-We had a 4 day 3 night stay. There was supposed to be housekeeping services every other day, which we never had any housekeeping, and had to go down and request to at least get towels, and were told they had no towels. There were three other people waiting in a line behind me at the same time asking for towels for their room also. -The website said the continental breakfast was to 1030 each day which when we got there they closed it down at nine each morning. -We were charged extra for parking each night (along with other fees not listed) which was not listed on there either and they had their own private parking lot. -It’s the middle of June and the pool was not open our entire stay and was not listed as closed on the website.

Second time staying here. Suits our needs

So far so good, no complaints.
