Shangri-La Guilin

The rooms were really nice, and the beds were massive. Everything looks flash, and the staff were lovely. The pool table at the bar was fun too! Breakfast had heaps of options.

I’m not sure if it was the time of year we travelled, but the facilities weren’t open. The outside pool wasn’t open, the go karts etc weren’t going. We got a free room upgrade, which I assume was to combat that, but it was a bit of a let down as these were some of the reasons we booked, knowing we were a bit out of town. The games room is not a games room, but instead some plush toy claw games.

ホテルは非常に大きな美しい前庭があり、素晴らしい。ロビーの右側にチェックインカウンターがある。ロビーは香り豊かで安心させられる。部屋いっぱいの大きな窓からのカルスト地形の眺めは桂林川下りをワクワクさせた。朝食は種類豊富であるが、もう一つ味が洗練されていれば最高でした。ホテル正門前の地元の手ごろな料理屋さんの1つの皿が小さく数多く注文できおいしかった。

ホテルの1階のロビーに旅行会社が入っており、川下りのチケットの販売をしているがコスパがイマイチ。

Bit far from the centre, but there are also very nice parks on walking distance

Overall is a the usual shangrila experience, if you like this kind of stuff. Family facilities are the perk we were looking for and the reason we booked the last two nights before departure

Many of the facilities were not included in the price, quite annoying, overall overpriced, air conditioning made us all sick. On weekends is packed

Barulho no quarto , você ouve quartos vizinhos e hóspedes no corredor , banheiro , não tem silêncio

The staff was very friendly. Good buffet for breakfast and Dinner.

It’s a bit old, room are a bit old but still location is good and very friendly hotel.
