The location was perfect! Plenty of pools to go by and the layout. Location was great near the golf course we played.

We were in building 17. I felt like getting picked up by the golf carts could be a little bit faster. There were two times we had to cancel because they weren't coming to pick us up, and we drove our car to the main lobby.

Villa was very nice. Sofa bed comfortable.

Check in wasn't good experience. Two hours delayed and we had food that needed to be refrigerated. Tried chatting with customer service and their response was not helpful and didn't even respond after i expressed my concern
