Check in was very complicated and confusing. Gaby, the person in charge of the check in, was very inpatient. On top of it was trying to make me pay again for my reservation, saying "booking" didn't accept my credit card ( False) After 1 hour of back and forward she said, it was their mistake and everything was ok.
