Alcalá Apart Hotel

Large spacious serviced apartment. Fantastic breakfast spread. Helpful staff.

The apartment is close to cable car station, it is big enough for 4 people, has cooking equipment.

The elevator is not directly reaching the floor (have to up/down half floor to get to elevator)

The room was nice. The staff very helpful. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

The kitchen is not well stocked. It’s not realistic to think you’ll prepare a meal there. My first morning I was very impressed by the variety at the breakfast buffet. However, they put out unused food until it’s gone. I get that, but things were very dry. Maybe have fewer offerings that are used up faster.

Unit is quite big.

No full elevator.

The house is beautiful! Love the style of the furniture. And it is also spacious, with a huge living room and a dining room and a kitchen, equipped with all the necessary stuff.

The heater is a bit weak in the room, so if you will be visiting in winter this should be taken into consideration. You cannot take showers in 2 bathrooms at the same time or the water will be cold.

The apartment was big and luxurious, the fully equipped kitchen was nice, although left unused for our weekend trip. We arrived super early and the staff let us check in before the time, which was absolutely perfect. Would stay again if given the chance!

I wouldn't use the steam sauna, it is not cleaned properly. After using it my bathing suit smelled like a towel that had been continuously wet and warm for months. I was also disappointed that they only operated the steam sauna, as I would have liked to use the dry one. (Forgive my English)
