Alcalá Apart Hotel

Good location.

Very basic breakfast. Some mornings I went back to my room to get butter for my bread.

The apartment was spacious

It doesn't deserve 4*. It's really old. The pool and sauna are too attractive, we didn't even use them. We got a different room than we booked, but after the complaint, they changed it. Old is nie sometimes but here you just feel like it's old and poorly maintained. The breakfast was terrible. Only instant coffee, a lot of sugary products. The lady that was preparing eggs wasn't friendly. Not worth the value. I wouldn't pay even the half price for it. Hostels in Bolivia are much better.

Good location, pleasant staff, spacious apartments. Varied continental breakfast. Clean bedding and towels (although towels were very ‘tired’).

Kitchen area very basic and not very clean (especially the cooker). No privacy in apartments on the road as only net curtains up. Hot water a bit temperamental.

The listing that I booked was different than the actual room I received. The photos were completely different and I felt deceived. There was no fireplace or dishwasher. I was told they didn’t have one in any of their rooms. So basically they are lying and committing fraud.

The location was close to everything and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Friendly staff and large rooms with kitchen. Good location, next to the cable car station.
