Polecam hotel. Świetna lokalizacja, piękne wnętrze, super obsługa. Hotel choć nie jest najnowszy to jest bardzo zadbany i czysty. Wszystko na wysokim poziomie.

"Bardzo przyjemny pobyt, oraz sympatyczna i bezproblemowa obsługa"

Hotel znajduje się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji w centrum Katowic, z zewnątrz zachwyca wyglądem. Takie samo ogromne wrażenie robi w środku. Obsługa bardzo miła, sympatyczna i z uśmiechem odpowiadała na każde zadane pytanie.

Jedyny malutki minus za budowę, która odbywa się za oknem, ale hotel w żaden sposób nie jest winny tego że tamtejsi pracownicy rozpoczynają pracę o 7 rano, nawet w sobotę, i mimo dobrego wygłuszenia okien odgłosy prac były słyszalne.
