"Excellent.. Accommodating Staff"

It was near to all tourist spot. It was easy access for almost everything.

The aircon is too slow, or maybe we just visited the country at the wrong month.

"Practical"

It was really comfortable and at a good location at the Medina, also the staff was really nice with us, specially Emma.

The host was pretty absent during the day and it was difficult to reach.

"Lovely stay"

The staff, specially Samira, was lovely, friendly and makes you feel at home. The food is amazing, there was not even one dish we didn’t enjoy.

The swimming pool was dirty so we didn’t use it and there was only one sunbed.

Near the town.

The staff reaction.Feel not happy when came back for dinner.No smiling face from one of the older staff.Don’t understand English at all.

Breakfast was dead on time at 07:30 for the early leavers. Location is central but secluded and safe.

As English and Dutch speakers, it was hard to communicate with the staff without the use of Google Translate. In addition, this Riad was advertised on Booking.com as offering an airport shuttle service. This was one factor I took into account when booking, however there was no airport shuttle service. Staff did arrange taxis for us instead.
