Staff members were always at your service. Very detailed oriented management. Quite frankly this property left me speechless, wasn’t expecting such attentiveness, organization and professionalism. Definitely would recommend this property and will come back whenever in Cuenca.

The service was great at the lobby and concierge. The restaurant staff could have been a bit friendlier and alert. But otherwise great hotel, great location. Keep in mind the hotel is older so the floors creak a ton while walking.
