Hotel Penzance Harbour View

The room was great, some of the best views we've ever had out of a room. They had lovely amenities, including crisps, biscuits, tea and coffee. The location was great, really close to the Penzance train & bus stations, and the service was great. The server at the bar (sorry we forget getting his name) served us what probably was some of the best espresso martini we had ever had. They had a lounge and a heated swimming pool as well, although we didn't get a chance to use it because of the weather.

Hotel needs major updating. We had a room under the eaves. Hard to maneuver without hitting one’s head. Staff was inexperienced.

Very good services. We came by sleeper train at morning and they allow us early check in . Everything was superb. Breakfast was superb…

Zustand des Pools, Sauberkeit innen und außen, muffiger Geruch im Treppenhaus. Im Zimmer: Keinerlei Schubladen, Regale oder Kommode, defektes Fenster; wurde auch nicht behoben

Very clean. very comfortable, very quite and the staff were exceptional. Just far enough from the town centre noise but very easy walking distance ... great views of the harbour & town.

For a motorbike the carpark was a little difficult but manageable ... steep hill and quite narrow so a little bit of reversing downhill required .... for a car this would be no issue at all.

I liked everything! Location, my room, the shower was hot and the water pressure was good! I got a single bed with a private bathroom. The room was very clean and cozy. I felt safe while I was there.

Ok ish. Breakfast a bit average and they add a sneaky gratuity to your bill for it.

Restaurant was closed that evening due to plumbing issues. Disappointed. However, did provide room service from restaurant menu. Really good food. Yum. Room had good view of changing outlook.

Dragging suit cases up the hill from the train station. Room was hot.

Frühstück war gut. Tolle Aussicht.

Durch die Lage am Hang und am Ortsbeginn sind es ca. 20 Min. Bis in den Ort.

Was really good , amazing food and friendly professional staff
