Very comfortable, friendly staff, amazing views

No lift but case carried up. Also up steep bank over busy road to cross

Breakfast had good variety and tasty. Room large, staff friendly.

The bathroom was dated and the towel rail rusty and the radiator under towel rail full of dust. Bath panel had what looked to be a cloth/ tissue down the side of it. On check out we were in a rush and would of flagged to staff but reception staff were not at desk. The room card did not lock the room but to be fair to hotel I did not flag, but I had not checked the handle before leaving only realising when we came back it was open.

Old mattress with uncomfortable springs. Leaking shower screen over bath. Water stains on all bedroom furniture as if room had been flooded. Stair carpets dirty. Room had a partial sea view but looked onto a taped and dated conservatory roof which needed replacing. Leaking gutters which were noisy with rain. Good adequate food but very limited menu. Extra charges for parking and built in gratuities. Other guest drinks on our bill. Friendly but untrained staff and this hotel definitely needs an overhaul.

Toller Ausblick.

Kein Aufzug und sehr steile ausgetreten Treppe. Frühstücksraum eher ungemütlich und in die Jahre gekommen. Der Fußboden war an allen Tagen klebrig.

I did not have meals but did have a desert to take to my room. Noticed the dining room and pool area was very down at heal, scruffy and old fashioned in presentation.
