run down hotel, poor service from front desk. Booked a twin, when I checked in they told me to come back as only kings were availabe, I came back 3 hours later and was told they are all gone. Im a marriott bonvoy gold member, felt like i was treated badly. Wont stay here again.

Nothing, they scammed us.

When we arrived they said their AC was broken. And they gave us the option to stay or cancel and get a refund. They said if we chose to leave that there was room at the hotel next door. We ended up getting charged and no one answers their phones to process a refund. We’ve spoke to support and it always leads into a dead end.

Hotel is located in an easy to access area.

Poor quality in our room, door handle in bathroom was broken and wall could be seen to be patched up. reception was slow and not accommodating. Ended up paying twice for the room as there was a computer glitch and no interest in solving for me. Then had issues trying to explain to get a refund after.

Staff was very friendly to me and my family and were helpful with our request of a late check-out. Location was excellent! Close to a lot of coffee shops, shopping and dining options! Trader Joe's and Target across of the hotel! Beautiful park right across the hotel.

Tive um problema. Peguei uma suíte e não tinha pressão de água. Demorou dois dias para me realocarem. Falaram que era aldo de todas as suítes, mas seria impossível um apartamento no 5 andar com uma coluna de água enorme não ter pressão. Depois de muita insistência e até pedindo para mudar para um apartamento normal, me mudaram de quarto. Adivinha: o novo tinha pressão ! O hotel já está precisando de uma reforma, mas é um bom custo benefício para ficar no Brooklyn ao lado do metrô. Nao indico a suíte. O melhor apartamento são os poucos com varanda onde se pode curtir o pôr do sol.
