Location. It was close to the event I was attending.

Bad traffic in the area. Most streets smell bad.

Good location in downtown Brooklyn area. Close by to shopping, eating, supermarkets.

Very outdated decor, hot in corridors and rooms, had A/C but was unbearably loud and rattling. Room lighting could be improved. One male was very friendly in reception, ladies not so much.

Ingen information vid incheckning kring att belopp för boendet reserverades och sen att det drogs belopp efter utcheckning. Det innebär att mitt konto nu är övertrasserat och väntar på svar kring om beloppet är debiterat 2 ggr eller om reservationen släpper inom kort. Vore bra om den info finns när man bokar att det kan hända.

Construction noise during weekday, electrical outlets that didn't work, all plugs for table and standing lights were pulled out of receptacles, towel hook in bath room broken off. Large damage deposit which indicates the type of guest drawn to the hotel.
