O prédio é o quarto tem aparência um pouco antiga, alguns itens de decoração parecem um pouco mal cuidados. Não foi nos apresentada toda área preferred, mesmo a contratando no checkin. Muitos reservam todos os espaços para piscina, sendo impossível lugar na piscina preferred se você não acordar antes das 7:00 da manhã. Acredito que isso não é uma experiência preferencial. Você não pode deixar seus pertencer no quarto. Leve tudo com você ou coloque no cofre.

Locations was great, near the airport, located well for excursions and set on a beautiful beach. The grounds are beautiful with great facilities. The buffet had a great selection and the restaurants were good with variety. No issues with the food, it was all fresh. Staff were Amazing and while tips were accepted it wasn't expected. Rooms cleaned and the towels replaced twice daily.

Room had a bit of a musty smell and the sheets were not crisp. I think ventilation/humidity was giving the sheets a moist feeling. It wasn't a cleanliness issue, It was due to humidity due to AC issue. Rooms could do with a face lift. The drinks are watered down... stick to wine or prosecco for a lil buzz

Paradise. First time at Secrets Royal Beach and I would rate it right up there. Services was top rate and of course the people could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Each and every one of them went above and beyond to give us a top rated experience. A few standouts were Roxanna in entertainment. What a golden personality. She taught me how to do the merangue on the beach. And Santos and Jose V were outstanding at the beach bar. They made us feel like family and were super attentive. Lastly I want to acknowledge Alina our house keeper. Not only did we come back each day to a meticulously cleaned room but her sweet smile made our day. Thank you Alina! We've been to the Dominican 6 times and this is by far my favorite resort. If you're on the fence of where to book this one is a sure bet.

Our stay here was absolutely incredible! From the kind and welcoming staff to the beautiful grounds, this was truly one of the best trips I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. One of the highlights was the amazing entertainment team. I especially want to thank Roxana, Melasa, Jorgi, Coco Chanel, Junior, Smailin, Queen, Hot Coffee, and Chocolate... they made our stay so much more fun and memorable. Even on rainy days, they brought incredible energy and kept everyone smiling. Please, please, please keep this team ... they are truly something special! A special mention as well to Juan, who handed out towels ... always kind, friendly, and smiling. The housekeeping and front desk staff were also outstanding and were so helpful and accommodating. We also loved the nighttime shows. And the entertainment staff was another huge part of the night with dancing...such a great way to end each day. My only wish is that I could have stayed longer! Thank you Secrets Royal Beach!!!

The resort is beautiful but is beginning to show its age and could use a little remodeling of the buildings where the rooms are located. All the common areas seem to be well maintained. The staff is wonderful!! A couple to mention are our butler, Carlos; Sammy Sosa at the beach preferred club; and Julio Pio at the Lobby preferred bar! They were all outstanding!

We had an amazing time here! We traveled with a group of 8 for a family vacation, and the resort did a great job accommodating us and keeping everything smooth for our group. The food overall was great — plenty of options and really good quality. The only thing we didn’t love as much was the buffet dinner, but everything else definitely made up for it! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well kept, which always makes a big difference. We truly loved every second of this trip and would absolutely come back again. If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway in Punta Cana, this one is definitely worth considering!

Very wonderful place. We experienced not a single problem on our trip! Restaurants were good, nothing special but definitely plenty of options. You can also go to the adjoining Dreams resort for other foods (families can’t come to Secrets).

Secrets Royal Beach was absolutely beautiful and the relaxing vacation we needed! We traveled with a group of 13, and everyone had a fantastic time. From the moment we arrived, Jasmerlin made check-in easy and was so helpful with all our questions and random requests. Melvin, Alex, and Wilson kept us entertained (and well hydrated!) at the poolside bar, while Angel was always checking in and bringing us drinks right to our chairs. Junior made sure the daytime activities and nightlife were full of fun and energy — we loved the vibe he created! The only downside was our “partial ocean view” upgrade — the ocean was only visible if we leaned over the balcony railing. It was more of a resort view, though still nice to look out at. All in all, we truly enjoyed our trip and would highly recommend Secrets Royal Beach, especially for friends traveling together.

The hotel on a whole is good, but I would not say it is a 5* but a 4* as the rooms are quite dated, we also had a double bed to sleep in for a week not a king size. I also think try to charge $2k for preferred on check in is a joke, if I am already paying for a 5* then all the extra pools & restaurants should be available, I think this really lets the hotel down. The restaurants on an evening are nice and a variety but during the day very limited options. The pool area is nice, pool beds for a 5* could be more comfy. The staff are very friendly especially Lady from main pool, Maria from show time bar.

I just got back from Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana, and honestly, I already want to go back. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and kept in great condition every single day. The pools were one of my favorite parts, there’s a good mix of lively areas and quieter spots if you just want to relax. Huge shoutout to Sebastian, ObisPo and Rosa all at the Drifter pool. they remembered our drinks, kept the energy up, and made every visit to the bar fun. It’s those little interactions that really take a vacation from good to amazing. Food-wise, there were plenty of options, and overall everything was really good. Some restaurants stood out more than others, but we always found something we enjoyed. The beach is gorgeous, but I will say it can get a little busy at times, and there are vendors walking by. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of. Bottom line: If you’re looking for a fun, adults-only resort with great service, a beautiful setting, and a good mix of relaxation and entertainment, this place is 100% worth it. I would absolutely recommend it and would come back again.
