It was good. there was a nice selection of food choices. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodated all our needs.

The room was stuffy, and the air would not come on had to open the window. drain in tub was broken and there was some type of dirty residue under sink. You could see it while on potty. Price of room could have been better.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. My husband was disappointed that the gym was not open (being renovated) but the kids were still able to use the pool so that was good. Breakfast was included which was nice with lots of options for everyone. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

"Dirty, Smelly, unfriendly,"

Disgusting and terrible service. DO NOT STAY HERE. We were here for a week and our room had a gross pungent smell and they DID NOT CLEAN IT ONE TIME. They never came into our room to clean it despite our asking several times. Our TV did not work and they would not fix it despite several requests. The I complained about things they had a terrible attitude and told me to "call the general manager".They WERE NOT AT ALL FRIENDLY or welcoming. WHY would you PAY (almost 200$ a night) to stay at an unclean place that is unfriendly and unwelcoming???? And the breakfast is awful and closes at 9:00AM. Literally the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I am a Bonvoy member for many years!!!

"This is a good place to stay"

Grade A place in keeping with Marriott quality standards! Good location for the interstate. Polaris Mall is close by and also lots of local shopping. Convenient to all "good neighborhoods" in Columbus and far away from what little crime there is, So it's a good place!
