"Clean but hot tub was down"

Hot tub was not working (the teason we picked this hotel). Pool was luke warm, which was fine with us. Room was clean. Breakfast decent.

Location and comfort of the bed

Sewer odors in bathroom even after they tried to fix Elevator dirty Breakfast not as good as typical They didn’t make up room and we saw no sign it was necessary to ask.

"Rooms are dated "

One of the tv's in our suite didn't work. The rooms are dated . They only had one elevator working. There was a ceiling leaking in front of a room on our floor. There was not enough variety for the breakfast. Despite all those things our room served its purpose for a 1 night stay.

"All around good experience"

Best sleep of my trip. The key cards stopped working at midnight on New Year's Eve, so staff had to personally unlock doors for every room as needed. Kudos to them for hanging in there. Breakfast was standard free breakfast. Convenient for family we were visiting.
