Breakfast was good

Asked for handicapped room and did not get it Room was not cleaned. Beds were not made or changed. Toweled were not replenished. Plastic cups/coffee cups not replenished.

Breakfast was good. Waffle maker was clean and there was waffle mix .

The toilet in our room ran all night. Until I loosen the chain. The light didn't work in the room. The microwave was dirty. Shower did not drain until I cleaned out the drain and pulled out the nasty hair and other stuff in drain. Which should be the cleaners job. The stuff was not very friendly. She looked like she was mad being there. There was no one then when I went to check out so it felt like they didn't care.

Pool has a shut down sign on it but they said it was still open. Front desk not staffed at night. Breakfast on Saturday morning no replenished, only thing available was dry cereal and juices. Toilet did not shut off.

The room was muggy and humid with relatively moderate temps, the tub had Sheetrock damages and moldy caulking that looked like it was applied by a 5yo child! The entire floor was sticky and was absolutely impossible to walk on bare foot!

Booked on line with Hotels.com - Showed up to check in and they had cancelled our room. No explanation why - just that they did not have it.
