Quality Inn Hastings

Very clean & well maintained. However room door did not latch properly. We thought was latched but pulled open. Had to slam to get to latch. Also told charge was $102 which i paid and they accepted. But when i asked for my receipt suddenly i had change coming which they gave me with the receipt. It was a matter of less than 50 cents but that is irrelevant. How many peoples change do they keep?

Beds were comfortable, and had a great breakfast.

Hotel had a very weird smell. The pool water and pool area were dirty.

The only complaint I have is I wish breakfast would go until 10 am.

Room smelled like bleach. Entire hotel was outdated.

Walking in it needs some upkeep. It smelled like air fresheners throughout the place. The tub had a crack in it with tape over it. The AC was not cold.

Decent, clean place to stay the night.

Did not feel entirely safe in the area.

We stay at this location quite often and staff always pleasant and accommodating.

This time …our room had cracked ceiling .. just looked unsafe. One bed was very uncomfortable- mattress seemed defective- well used! Very very noisy guests around us ..at 2:00 in morning ..swearing and arguing. We were in room 118. First time we have been uncomfortable in this location. Usually nice …always a little noisy but this time was even kind of scary.
