Quality Inn Hastings

Few amenities, broken towel bar, room was small, and full length mirror was in a terrible location. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The room was clean, but there was peeling paint, mis-matched paint in the bathroom, peeling trim. The hall mirror frame was broke and when I brushed against it, it almost fell (luckily I caught it before it broke and cut me). Almost as if someone broke it and squeezed it together rather than reporting it.

They were great and so helpful!

Was not horrible but would not stay again i didnt feel the safest and the hotel is very run down staff also appear run down and complain about how tired they are . They were nice to us though but just not a place i would revisit

Quality Inn can be a hit or miss. This one a miss. Had to wait for staff to show up in order to check in. Paid double than what we normally would pay at a Quality Inn and what we got was a toilet that did not stop running - did tell staff but nothing was done. Ceiling in room was peeling, paint on curtains, clock did not work, neither did the phone, the switch plates were cracked and had pieces missing right by the sink.
