no tv remote when came in to room the pump was running no water in Tuesday tub the towels look like they had just been re-folded, not washed

There was visible mold on the ceiling of my room to he point I had to go to a different hotel. The couch had a piece broken off and it was just set in the corner of the room. The bed was missing an entire side and there was visible grease on the tables and tv stand.

"Broken glass on floor"

Bathtub did not drain. Room had not been swept. I cut my foot on some broken glass that was left behind.
