Palace Inn - Baytown I-10

The maids came and did a full clean on the time everyday at 11. But only if you were in the room. I was working nights and lucky caught them when they came to clean. Says there was breakfast. Small cinnamon buns and muffins and sunny d sometimes in the morning. No where to plug in a phone by the bed no outlets or lamps.

Front. Desk stole my deposit never staying here again

TV didnt work, but was tired so didn't go to desk to resolve. Bathroom door wouldn't shut, the door was kicking in by someone before,they didn't bother fixing.

Parking was limited, lots of burn holes on furniture and covers for a non smoking room, other than night its a win for the price.

Customer service was very short and rude, housekeeping seemed rushed there were roaches in my room they couldn't find my reservation for the longest time and there was left over food in the microwave I'm guessing from a previous guest

There was nothing unique about this motel. It was everything that one would expect for a room under $100. When we first walked into the room, the A/C was already on and the room felt great. The refrigerator was also nice and cold . And ready for items to be placed inside. The shower was pleasantly hot or cold for anyone's choice of temperature.

Clean, comfortable room and the AC fan ran constantly, so we had a good stay.

My room was nasty, toilet not flushed when we got into room. There is no breakfast like thet offer and Front desk clerk was slow and rude.i 2as also charged double and argued with and threatend. I will bever stay there ahmgainm

While the room was clean, beds were not that comfortable. The “breakfast” was cereal, toast or honey bun.(kinda lacking). Parking was ample and location was good.
