It was not easy to find the location, but everything else was really good!

Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Couch had the front frame broken and needed replacing. Bathroom was good and large but the shower is a safety hazard. It is a cell that is not anchored to any wall and tipped when I tried to turn around in it. Several things were broken in the shower and when I reported them on Friday, I was told they could not be fixed until Monday when the maintenance man returned. I was offered to move to another room but declined.

The hotel is a bit far from the center but if your happy to be on a tram for 10mn then this is very good value for money.

Very hot; thunderous rain showers;First class food and service at nearby Serbian Restaurant. Taxis cheap and plentiful. Veal ans serbian salads, tomatoes and cucumbers particularly tasty. Hotel arranged taxi on arrival from airport - efficient. Good breakfasts - with fried egg and sausage available. Breakfast available from 6 a.m.Walking distance about 20 mins from Ada Ciganlija. Taxi to Fortress area well worth the trip. Locals very friendly.

Everything about this hotel was excellent other than the location. There is a reason why the staff insist you use their taxis, and it's because no other taxi drivers in Belgrade can find the place. They really could benefit from a better sign. Another down point, unrelated to the hotel itself is its location. It is not conveniently located near any of the major attractions, however taxis are inexpensive, approximately 650 dinars or approximately $8.00 to city center, and their are trams available across the street. Entering the hotel is also rather annoying as it's front entrance is really on the back street. There are multiple entrances, however all of them confusing, as it appears you are going into a small shopping center. I give the hotel high marks for its pleasant staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is new, well kept, and clean, and pleasantly decorated. My room was very clean, had a single queen bed which was quite comfortable, a coffee maker with coffee and tea available, a mini bar, plenty of lighting, black out drapes, manually controlled air conditioning and heating which worked well, a hair dryer in the bathroom, and an excellent, powerful standing shower with massage features on the multiple shower heads. One other gripe, unassociated with the hotel itself was a bar in the back of the shopping center which had loud music on a weeknight echoing from the streets up to the 5th floor of my room, so get ear plugs just in case this is an issue for you.
