Very nice staff and friendly place to stay

We had a kitchenette and it was spacious and clean. Very convenient to the area we wanted to be on the beach and restaurants.

Mold on shower curtain and around bottom of shower. Poor lighting over bathroom sink. No paper towels for kitchen or dishcloth or dish towel. Lumpy pillows. Very narrow driveway. Concerned vehicle would be side swiped.

Could use some renovations. The floors were sticky and not clean. The location is great with plenty of parking

Roaches. Yep, that’s what you want at these prices. Sitting in our room a roach runs out from under the fridge. (See photo) there were other bugs as well. The ceiling was dirty and you can tell the bare minimum is put into maintaining the rooms. Also the room was slightly damp including the linens. I was wondering why there was a dehumidifier now I now. After I took a 5 minute shower with the fan on, there was visible condensation on the tables. The bed was what you expect, below average but thankfully clean.

We had the best time ever this year! This is year 2 staying in the cottages.

Affordable and right off the beach!

The entire place needs renovation. We had a dead cockroach in the floor, very weird bathtub access, look like the tub had been used to store paint. Rubber on the bottom of the room door is shredded and the safety strips on the stairs were loose and trip hazards.

No one came and got our dirty towels or picled up trash we were told to put outside by the door. No one checked in to make sure everything was going good or to see if anything was needed. Just gave the key card and told me the room number. Not friendly or inviting. The one good thing was the Cahoons store across the street.
