The bed was super comfortable and the room was extremely clean and it is in a great location!

The room was dirty. I had to call the staff right after my check in because there were crumb type objects all over the bed UNDER the blanket. No hot water. The floor was sticky and pieces were loose and kept popping up. It also smelled like they just spray chemicals and don’t actually clean. I’ve never left a bad review before but this place was not ok. It’s close to the beach, that’s the only positive

Pet friendly property, beach access close by/walking distance, staff was friendly, I would definitely go back. The only thing I didn’t like was that not all the rooms had a full size fridge/ some had mini fridges so it’s harder to manage when you have a longer stay. Our stay was wonderful overall!

It’s a great location. We love the area. The facility could use some work. There was trash in the stairwell that was there when we arrived and still there 5 days later when we left. The porch had old nail clippers that were there when we arrived and never got tossed. Our room was OK. The floor was dirty upon arrival. We just never took our shoes off inside. The shower is really tiny. If you weigh 200+ lbs, you will probably want to look in the shower before you actually stay. I’m 5’9” 150 and I had a very hard time. Management is good. No problem there.

Our check-in experience was terrible. It was with a virtual agent at a kiosk who couldn’t understand anything we were saying. She asked for information that had already been provided prior to our arrival, including a credit card number and driver's license picture. She was very lackadaisical and had no energy--never smiled or said anything welcoming. There was no staff on site for the entire stay. During the online check-in prior to our arrival, we were asked if we wanted daily cleaning of the room for free, so we checked yes, and it came back "denied." So why even ask if it's not available? The room was very small, and the shower and tub were in the main part of the room, not the actual bathroom. There was also a large hole under the door that needed to be sealed. The hotel is way across the street from the actual beachfront. There are signs saying to not track sand into the room but nowhere to wash off your feet. The one positive thing is the hotel is located close to a lot of restaurants and attractions, and there's a nice walking/bike path on the road.

It's an old hotel but had what I needed. The bathroom is smalI and the room itself could use another dresser. I wanted to be close to Jeannette's Pier and this place is across the street. Loved that. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby to choose from.

Very nice staff and close to beach!

Rooms were comfortable. We had one king bed. Having a dehumidifier in the room was good after the really bad storm where everything we had on the beach got drenched. I didn't like the kiosk check in and check out, but it worked fine. Very convenient area for the event I attended at the pier.

Room was clean. Kitchenette was nice bonus. Location was good. Checkin/out easy. Would stay again.
