A beautiful and gracious hotel with very comfortable rooms. Immaculately clean and furnished with style . Nice pool. Balcony opened on request . Staff spoke very good English, very helpful and very efficient. The breakfast buffet was extensive , well presented , plenty of staff on hand to help you and clear tables promptly . Lovely atmosphere , very relaxing place to stay.

Séjour globalement très agréable à l’Indochine Palace Hué. Le vrai point fort de l’hôtel est sans hésiter son personnel: extrêmement professionnel, réactif et efficace. Chaque demande a été traitée dans un délai impressionnant, toujours avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention. Les chambres sont spacieuses et l’hôtel conserve une certaine élégance, mais on sent qu’il a perdu un peu de sa splendeur d’origine et qu’une rénovation serait bienvenue pour lui redonner tout son standing. Petit bémol également concernant le Wi-Fi, quasiment inexistant dans notre chambre malgré les efforts du staff, qui a pourtant installé un modem additionnel pour tenter d’améliorer la connexion. Malgré cela, nous gardons un bon souvenir du séjour grâce à la qualité du service et au professionnalisme des équipes.

I stayed for three nights in April, 2026. The room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. The quality of food at the breakfast buffet and regular restaurant fare was outstanding. All staff that I encountered were very friendly and efficient. I have stayed at 14 other hotels in Vietnam over the past 3 years. I consider this hotel my favorite as well as the best financial bargain. It is well located near the Citadel.

Great very big hotel with excellent amenities. Friendly reception staff. Restaurant very reasonable and high quality. Live music in the bar one evening. 15 minute walk to main area for nightlife and restaurants.
