Tick, tick, tick all boxes for us, warm greeting from all of the staff at every turn, all staff spoke well in English. And the room was just beautifully appointed. Our room 608 and common areas of the hotel very spacious, often felt you were the only guests. Pool was a delight to swim in slightly warmed and was no deeper than 1.5mtrs so great for families. Wonderful choices for the breakfast buffet inc an egg station. Nice walking distance to shops and local foods. Since we had a terrible experience at another hotel we checked out and came to indochine palace the staff were shocked to hear our story they kindly up grading our room so we could check in before 2pm, greatly appreciated as we had not slept well the night before. Special shout out to Miss Alice helped us in dinning g and young lady in concierge(sorry missed her name) made our stay that little but more welcoming.
