Breakfast was superb and set you up for the day. The room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. The pool area was brilliant, doesn't always get the sun though because of where it is position in relation to the tall hotel. Enjoyed our stay.

That we had to pay for water from the fridge, I was actually chased around the hotel after checkout, because room service had done a fridge check and found we had drunk a couple of bottles, they didn't let it go and insisted on payment. VERY POOR. That's why I marked the hotel down.

Our stay here from start to finish was amazing - we highly recommend this hotel. Delicious welcome drink and fruit provided at check-in. Staff was very kind and helped us book a private airport pickup and car transfer to Hoi An. Room was very clean and spacious (with a balcony overlooking the pool), and the bed was by far the most comfortable of our time in Vietnam. Incredible range of Vietnamese and Western dishes at breakfast, and the restaurant for lunch/dinner was also very good. Pool and spa were a delight with reasonably-priced treatments. The hotel is located next to a shopping mall/hypermarket and is a 10-15 minute walk from Hue walking street.

None - our stay was faultless.

Location was great. Fabulous Pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of options and other food sampled at lunch time was delicious. Towels in the bedroom were changed twice daily too, which was well received. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning was welcome overnight too! The hotel organised a driver to our next stay in Hoi An. He took us to Hai Van Pass and the marble mountain, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Good value too. Can thoroughly recommend this hotel to any future guests.

Les chambres vraiment très belles.

La terrasse de la piscine qui est dans un état lamentable pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Par contre la piscine est grande et vraiment bien.
