Helpful staff, excellent restaurant although based on western lines so no chopsticks! Within easy walking distance of the old town which is quite charming.

Property is located far enough from the crowds but close enough to walk and enjoy everything. Breakfast staff was excellent, Linda was a nice smile every morning and I felt at home.

Upon checkout I was slightly disappointed that I was charged for the plastic shampoo bottle that had a crack in it and leaked . It was replaced but I hardly think it was charge worthy. Also on the last evening I some how lost my card key for my room and I was charged 159,000 vnd for that too. Other than that I had a great 13 day stay .
