location was great close to everything, room was ok, looked bigger online then what it was, but had everything we needed in it, staff were great and very helpful.

Do not stay in room 418, as it is right under the dinning room and we got woken up from anywhere from 4-45am onwards with the nosie from up there. How ever they will offer to move you

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Pavilion, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. Every interaction was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and designed with comfort in mind. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the exceptional service. The staff anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and handled every request with a smile. If you’re looking for a place that values its guests and truly delivers a five-star experience, lake Pavilion is the perfect choice. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Hotel a 10 to 15 minute walk from Hoi An’s main streets and next to the river. Peaceful and close to the touristic area. Unfortunately, the stay was spoiled by the hotel policy of charging 200,000 for a lost key which soured the experience. The feeling of feeling of being squeezed for every last drop clearly made its way from the market into the hotel - only you can’t walk away when your possessions are locked in the room. Not the amount; the principle.

The Manager Ms Vicky was very helpful and friendly. Along with the staff.
