My 3 year old son stayed for 3 nights and every night the noise was so loud from other guests. And even though we were the 4th floor it felt like we were ground floor right next to a busy road. We told the staff of the noise and they said they had 2 large groups and were fully booked.

Front desk friendly and helpful but not intrusive. This is my third stay and I got the same room which is great. I enjoyed having a big tub, shower and king bed . I didn’t run out of hot water like I have in other places so I always had a hot bath after a massage . The location has many spas in the area . The breakfast on the 5th floor was good although o only went once . I enjoyed all my stays here.

The staff was really helpful and the service was exceptional. They answered any requests we have to the best of best abilities and the delivery was much more than what we expected. The front desk actually remembers me by the name and that shows a lot on the effort the staff put in in their work.

The breakfast could have been much better. The premier deluxe room that came with a bathtub was quite disappointing because of how the toilet has been designed. With the bathtub in the way, it's hard to shower without making the whole place wet. We managed to change to a deluxe room with a proper rain shower which was so much better.

This is a lovely hotel. The room was beautiful, bed was comfy, restaurant was fabulous.

It smelled like a smoking room and it was a bit noisy in the morning with nearby construction.

I think some staff has to be safe in early morning talking in hallways. they can be loud and sound echos on the tile.

Reasonably close to the old centre. Good value, with ok breakfast ... mostly cold food. A not very memorable hotel.

Time to fix the toaster guys.
