Check in is around the corner, not far to walk, so no staff based at the apartments. Pleasant staff at reception.

Apartment was clean but basic - needs a bit of TLC in the bathroom - cooking pots etc very basic - bath gets very slippery when showering and should have abrasive tapes fitted - living area would be cramped with four people. Building is well located but carpet in the stairwell is very worn and threadbare in places.

A comfortable stay. However, there were several drawbacks which included a difficult door lock to our apartment which was hard to lock and unlock, a high step up and over the hip bath to the shower was a challenge to "us oldies" and more kitchen utensils would have been appreciated.

Close to restaurants, shops and tram to city through to South Melbourne beach. Climbing into bath to shower a bit risky for older clients but fine for short stays.

These are apartments are old, dirty, run down & built on the cheap. They are totally overpriced for what you get. A $15.00 surcharge for parking is extortion as the parking spaces are very tight and small. I found hairs in the bathroom & on the bedside table. There was dust everywhere. It is very noisy, I could hear people walking past on the pavement below & talking very loudly. You can hear other tenants walking past your apartment etc. Also I could thumping music from the pub up the road till 3:00am. Don't waste your money, time or sanity, stay somewhere else. There are better quality places for less money.

Good location in quiet street close to Lygon St and Melbourne Uni.

The staff were very helpful but rubbish remained outside my door the whole day suggesting there is not enough staff. The carpet on the stairs needs replacing. It gives a very bad impression. The phone needed checking as did the aircon. They both worked but not as described. A young man did a wonderful job taking me through the air con. The tea and coffee were awful.

Clean place.
